Marketing Coordinator:

As the Marketing Coordinator at The Hive La Crosse, I have taken on a diverse range of responsibilities, including creating and managing social media content, designing print marketing materials, planning and executing monthly events, conducting tours, and maintaining the website.

Web design

Enhanced The Hive's website to improve user experience and set it apart from competing apartment complexes. By providing comprehensive information for prospective tenants, I created a distinct advantage over similar properties in the area. I also rewrote the website copy with a focus on organic SEO, optimized internal linking, and implemented design improvements. The result was a more user-friendly, visually appealing website with enhanced potential for higher search engine rankings.

Newsletters: 

Designed newsletters for the tenants of The Hive and Hive Professionals using Constant Contact. Most recent newsletters maintained an open rate of 70-84% and an average click-through rate of 5.6%, showcasing their effectiveness in delivering valuable content to recipients.

Video Content:

Produced and edited engaging video content to showcase The Hive, highlighting its unique features and amenities. These informational videos were utilized across multiple platforms, including Instagram Reels, Story Highlights, and the website, to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective tenants. I edited the videos using CapCut, ensuring high-quality, professional results tailored to the target audience.

Print Marketing:

Developed print marketing materials for a variety of purposes, including event promotions, housing fairs, tenant information, gym passes, and more. These materials effectively supported community engagement and property promotion.

Events:

Conceptualized, organized, and executed monthly tenant events, which consistently drew strong attendance and set our community apart from other complexes. These events not only fostered engagement but also generated high-performing content for our social media platforms. 

Event Examples:

  • Patio Grill Out: Tenants received free food, played games, and had the opportunity to meet neighbors.

    • ​Content shared about this event saw 2,776 accounts reached, 3,346 impressions, and 77 profile visits. 

  • ​Hive Halloween: Tenants were able to make their own caramel apples and boo bags to boo their neighbors. 

    • ​Content shared about this event on Instagram saw 1,014 accounts reached, 1,147 impressions, and 34 profile visits.
